Measuring Impact (1/2 day or full day plus) No longer is “doing good” sufficient. Funders and donors want to know just how much good was done. Everyone knows that providing a good breakfast for a pre-schooler or a place to go after school for a sixth grader is a good idea — but showing on paper that your programs make a difference isn’t always easy. The half-day session is an overview of how (and why) we measure what we do, and the full day program goes into greater detail about the design of “how to measure” materials and training staff and volunteers to keep the records needed.
