Volunteers come in more shapes and sizes than we generally think. This workshop will help recruiters look beyond their assumptions about who volunteers and where to find them. Special attention is paid to recruiting men, students, and families, incorporating on-line volunteers, and to structuring volunteer positions to work with “team” volunteering and handicapped volunteers.
