Volunteer Management as an “Other Duties as Required” Position

Most Volunteer Managers wear more than one hat, and this program is designed to help you build a “hat rack” to keep up with them all! Participants will learn ways to manage their volunteer programs more efficiently, “delegate” gracefully to other staff members, set and communicate your priorities (while understanding your boss’s) and your successes. Full day sessions include more detailed work on time and project management and integrating volunteer management into your other jobs.
